Carrying out transactions no longer requires mobile data or internet connection thanks to SMS banking on Wema Mobile Banking Suite. All you need is your account number and Wema Mobile Banking Suite installed on your phone. 

Existing Customers with WemaMobile already installed,

  • Update your Wema Mobile Banking Suite app
  • Hit the 'SMS Banking' feature found on the app menu
  • Generate your transaction PIN

How to generate transaction PIN:

  1. Update and launch your WemaMobile app
  2. Click SMS Banking
  3. Select PIN Services
  4. Select Generate PIN
  5. Input account number, new PIN and confirm PIN
