To this end, we constantly aim at comfortable yet professional corporate wear for our staff for three working days of the week (Monday - Wednesday). Thursdays are set apart for staff to promote the brand identity by wearing the Bank’s branded wears, while on Fridays, we also promote a culture of fun and friendliness by our corporate-casual dress-code for that day.
Customer Service Week
Every year, we observe the global Customer Service Week, which is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.
To celebrate our workforce, the CSW dresscode is aimed at being colourful and creative.
